Relaxing, guided meditation followed by coffee, tea and pastries - everyone welcome! Coffee, Croissants and Calm Sunday 20th Sept, 11am - 12:30pm These are coffee mornings with a difference! Enjoy a relaxing, guided meditation followed by pastries and a selection of coffees and teas in the company of like-minded people. No previous experience of meditation is needed. Seating is on chairs or cushions - whichever you prefer. Cost: £7
