Intuitive Embroidery, Week 4 - Personal symbols Creative stitching for relaxation. This relaxed stitching series invites you to slow down and connect with your creativity while you enjoy guided meditative free-stitching without a pattern. In this session, we will identify personally meaningful shapes or symbols, and embroider them with intention onto a cloth, garment, or other special item. These may become part of a talisman, a blessing, a memento, or a gift for yourself or someone else. No experience necessary; just bring curiosity and willing hands. All materials are provided. If you’d like, please bring a loved piece of fabric or other textile item to embroider your symbol onto. If you don’t have one, fabric will be provided.
