The Reformer uses a moving carriage and adjustable resistance to support or challenge movements, helping you exercise with control and precision. Reformer Pilates can help improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, mobility and deep core stability. Exercises can be adapted for a wide range of abilities, making it accessible whether you are starting your fitness journey or already train regularly. At LINEA, instructor-led classes combine specialist equipment with expert guidance in a supportive small-group setting. It is a workout designed not simply around doing more, but around moving well. Price: £12.00 per person, includes a 45min introduction to Reformer Pilates, full Eventbrite booking fee and a pair of grippy socks - yours to keep! The purpose-designed studio has been created to offer more than a workout, combining premium equipment with a calm, contemporary environment where you can focus on movement and wellbeing. The studio features premium Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers, bespoke herringbone flooring, ambient lighting and a premium audio experience. As part of Lumphinnans Sports Hub, visitors can also access changing rooms, and disability access. Studio etiquette • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class starts. • Wear comfortable, close-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. • Grip socks are required. A pair of grip socks is included in the price of your first trial session. • Bring water with you. • Before the class begins, let your instructor know about any injury, medical condition or other issue that could affect your participation. Please ensure you have read our Health Commitment Statement displayed within the studio. • Follow your instructor's guidance when using the Reformer and other equipment. • Place your belongings in the storage provided and put your mobile phone on silent during the session. • After your class, please wipe down your Reformer and return the springs and long box as instructed
