Gather & Grow: a coaching + yoga session. Reflect on this year's wins through journaling & discussion, framed by flow and restorative yoga. As the season turns, gather & grow with us: this is your moment to pause, gather your thoughts, and take stock of what you've harvested this year so far. Join us for a joint coaching and yoga session with certified coach Caitlin McDonald and Jane Macdonald of Solas Yoga. In the warm, welcoming Art Room at Salisbury Centre, reflect on the wins you might otherwise rush past: the projects you’ve finished, the ways you pushed yourself outside your comfort zone to grow, all the ways you’ve kept the wheel of the year turning so far. Through a guided "Gathering the Harvest" reflective timeline exercise, you'll explore the achievements that meant something to you this year, big or small: what made them possible, what they reveal about your values, but also what didn’t go to plan, by sharing our successes and learnings we can learn how to sustain ourselves through the winter months ahead. Grounding and restorative yoga will deepen your reflections and nourish your continuing growth. What to Expect: • Gentle yoga flow to tap into the gathering & growing energy of a late harvest. • Journaling, reflective activities, and group discussion. • Restorative yoga to nourish and absorb insights from within.
