Winter Solstice gathering: meditation, pranayama and therapeutic writing

Join us for a soothing and chilled out session to reset, reflect and connect - time to wind down and reconnect with yourself This workshop offers time to go inwards and prepare for the winter season – to connect with our breath, set intentions and reflect on autumn as well as begin to prepare for winter through writing prompts, guided relaxations and breathing practices. This is a lovely chance to connect with others in the community, share thoughts, ideas and our practice. There will be time for optional tea, snacks and chats too. Suitable for all from beginners to advanced practitioners.
