A Fresh Chapter: Quay Media Open House & Wear it Forward Launch

Come and join us for coffee, a few nibbles and a very informal celebration as we open the doors to our new Quay Media office and workshop. The last 12 months have been quite a journey. After being unable to work for much of the past year while undergoing treatment for breast cancer, I'm very happy to be returning to Quay Media properly. This also comes just over a year since my diagnosis, and I'm incredibly grateful to now be cancer free. It feels like the perfect time to open the doors, see some familiar faces, meet some new ones and celebrate a fresh chapter. We're also using the afternoon to introduce Wear it Forward, a new project that we have been working on. Wear it Forward has been created to help charities, CICs and good causes raise money through merchandise without having to manage the design, printing, website, orders, packing or customer service themselves. We would especially love to meet people involved with charities, CICs, community organisations and businesses who work with or support them. This is a relaxed drop-in afternoon, so come along at any point between 2pm and 5pm. There's no need to arrive at the beginning or stay for the whole event. There'll be coffee, drinks, snacks and perhaps a little something fizzy to celebrate. You can have a look around our new office and workshop, see some of what we do, find out about Wear it Forward, catch up with us and meet some other local businesses, charities and community organisations. There are no formal presentations and no hard sell. Just an opportunity to have a drink, have a chat and help us celebrate the start of a new chapter. Whether you're a Quay Media client, someone we've worked with over the years, a local business, involved with a charity or CIC, or simply fancy popping in to say hello, we'd love to see you. 2:00pm doors open 3:30pm toast to being cancer free and officially introduce Wear it Forward 5:00pm finish
