Full Moon (Worm Moon) Evening Reset

Join us for a silent meditation walk, a breathwork journey before enjoying an Ice bath with beach views. The Chill Reset – Small Group Experience (Only 4 Spaces) If you’ve been feeling stressed, overstimulated or like you never properly switch off, this 3-hour guided reset is designed to help your body slow down — safely and naturally. Held under the energy of the full moon, this evening is an opportunity to pause, release what’s no longer serving you and reconnect with yourself through nature, breath and contrast therapy. It’s a calm, supportive introduction to breathwork and contrast therapy, with plenty of time, space and personal guidance. What makes this different? We keep the group to just 4 people so you’re fully supported throughout. Together we will: • Take a gentle silent walk to the beach to decompress and connect with the natural rhythms of the full moon. • Learn simple breathwork techniques to regulate your nervous system. • Use the sauna to warm, relax and prepare the body. • Experience guided cold-water immersion — always at your pace. • Understand how contrast therapy can improve stress resilience, mood and sleep. You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded. ✨ Full Moon Reset Experience ✨ 3 hours of guided support ✨ No experience needed ✨ £50 per person | 4 spaces only 📍 Foxholes Hill, Exmouth 👉 Booking via Eventbrite Once booked, you’ll receive full details, location information and health declaration forms.
