Sound Bath - Salterton Road

Sound Bath Salterton Road- near Portland Avenue (Address on booking) Your body’s been on high alert for too long. You’re tired, and you can’t think your way out of it. Slow, steady sound gives your nervous system something to follow. Your breathing slows. Your muscles let go. Your body gets the signal that it’s safe to stand down. You lie down. I play the bowls, the drum and the bells. The sound does the work, so you don’t have to. If you cry, that’s fine. If you fall asleep, that’s fine. If you feel nothing at all, that’s fine too. No experience needed. No right way. Come as you are.
