中文授课，零基础欢迎 ｜A welcoming Chinese-led aerial session for complete beginners. ｜Try aerial hammock, hoop & strength ｜体验空中吊床、吊环与力量训练 ｜ 中文空中运动体验课｜Chinese Aerial Fitness Taster Session 欢迎参加 RISE & ROOT 在 Newcastle 举办的【中文空中运动体验活动】 本次活动面向初学者，你将有机会体验不同形式的空中运动，包括 Aerial Hammock 空中吊床，Aerial Hoop 空中吊环，以及基础力量训练和空中动作。 不需要任何空中运动经验，也不需要提前具备柔韧性，倒立能力或很强的上肢力量。课程会从简单热身和基础练习开始，由教练逐步带领大家熟悉器械和动作。 This beginner-friendly session is designed for anyone who is curious about aerial fitness and would like to try it in a supportive and relaxed environment. You will have the opportunity to explore aerial hammock, aerial hoop, basic aerial conditioning, balance and beginner movements. No previous experience is required. 活动内容｜What to Expect 活动将包括： 热身与基础力量训练 • Aerial Hammock 空中吊床体验 • Aerial Hoop 空中吊环体验 • 简单的伸展与身体控制训练 动作会根据每个人的经验和身体情况进行调整。 The session will include a warm-up, basic strength and conditioning, introduction to aerial equipment, beginner-friendly movements and stretching. Instagram: RISEANDROOT.AERIAL 参加前须知｜Before You Attend 请穿着舒适、适合运动的服装。推荐穿 leggings 或其他覆盖膝盖后侧和腰腹部的运动服。 Please wear comfortable, fitted sportswear suitable for aerial movement. 请避免佩戴首饰、手表，以及穿着带有尖锐拉链或装饰的衣物，以免损坏器械。 Please remove jewellery and avoid clothing with sharp zips or accessories that may damage the aerial equipment. 请提前 10–15 分钟 到达，以便完成签到和参加安全说明。 Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and the safety briefing. 本次活动将安排照片及短视频记录。报名时可以选择自己的摄影及录像偏好。 Photography and short-form video recording will take place during the event. You will be able to indicate your photography preference during registration. 零基础欢迎参加。 No previous experience required. Beginners are welcome.
