This autumn circle dance gathering invites us to move with that same wisdom. While it is a meaningful space to soften, release, and root ourselves, it is also a genuinely fun, uplifting evening wrapped in the rich autumn colours that nature celebrates. We will move to mindfully guided steps and share music from seasonal and global traditions, allowing space to breathe, belong, and welcome the season. Our focal point is a unique centrepiece, created by one of the dancers. .
