Gong Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in a gong sound bath. Let the soothing vibrations of the gong help you to relax and let go of daily stresses and tension. Gong Sound Bath A Holistic & Restorative Sound Experience Join us for an immersive gong sound bath on Wednesday 4th November at Chariclo in Gartocharn, Scotland. This evening workshop creates a peaceful space to relax, release tension, and quiet the mind. This session offers an opportunity to let go of daily stresses and drop into a calmer state of mind, body and soul. The experience is particularly supportive for improving sleep, easing feelings of stress and anxiety, and releasing emotional blocks. We will begin with gentle, nurturing movement and stretching to help the body settle and unwind. You’ll then be guided through simple breath awareness and mindfulness practices to become fully present and grounded. From there, we will begin with the sound journey - where all you need to do is let go and allow the vibrations of the gong to move through you and do its thing. Please note: • Gong sound baths are not suitable if you are currently using a pacemaker • Hearing aids to be removed before the gong • If pregnant, please consult a health practitioner before booking. If you have any questions, please do get in touch directly. *If you require financial support to attend our gong bath healing sessions, you can select ‘supported ticket’ at checkout.
