New Moon Ceremony with Horses

Spend the afternoon of the October New Moon in nature, around a fire, breathwork, yoga, and mindful time spend with the horses in the field. New Moon Ceremony at Harmony Fields Sanctuary What to expect: - Gentle movement/Yoga for the body - ⁠Breathwork for the nervous system - ⁠Guided Meditation for the mind - ⁠Reiki for the soul - ⁠Journal prompts for self reflection - Fire ritual & Spell Jar - ⁠Manifestation Ceremony - ⁠Mindfulness with horses Spaces are intentionally limited to 10 to keep it small and intimate. Snacks and refreshments will be included. This event is held by Nica Quinn (artist & equine facilitator) and Sam Dyre (yoga and breathwork instructor).
