Pelvic Health Informed Teacher Training

3 day training from 26 Feb - 28 Feb (For Yoga/Pilates/Fitness) The Belle Method. Level 1 Led by Nikki Bergen​ What you’ll learn You’ll leave with practical tools to help your clients and students: ​ • Improve diastasis recti (ab separation) • Reduce symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse • Manage intra-abdominal pressure safely throughout pregnancy • Address and improve incontinence • Return to high-impact activities like running, HIIT, and athletic training • Correct posture and alignment patterns like “heart bottom syndrome” • Build deep core connection using breath, cueing, and progressive loading • Modify + progress Pilates exercises for all trimesters and postpartum healing stages. ​ Throughout the weekend, you’ll explore: ​ • Pelvic floor anatomy & function • Core biomechanics + how they shift in pregnancy • Diastasis recti assessment & rehabilitation protocols • Pressure management strategies for real-life movement • Birth prep movement & pushing mechanics • Cesarean considerations and postpartum recovery • Postpartum progressions from early breathwork to high impact • Coaching, cueing, and class programming skills • Hands-on assessment techniques • Real case studies, practice teaching, and troubleshooting This weekend is highly interactive and practical — you’ll be moving, learning, teaching, and leaving with ready-to-use frameworks you can implement with!
