The Gym Group - Full HYROX Simulation

Test your fitness with a HYROX Simulation: 8km of running, 8 functional workout stations. Push your limits and prepare for race day! Whether you're a seasoned HYROXer, dedicated gym-goer, or a total beginner, this event is your chance to experience the challenge of a HYROX race & build endurance, strength, and pacing skills. You can take part in a HYROX Simulation either solo or in pairs. The wave times are as follows: • 8:30am Women Solo • 9:00am Women Solo • 9:30am Women Doubles • 10:00am Women Doubles • 10:30am Women Doubles • 11:00am Women Pro • 11:30am Mixed Doubles • 12:00pm Mixed Doubles • 12:30pm Mixed Doubles • 1:00pm Men Solo • 1:30pm Men Solo • 2:00pm Men Doubles • 2:30pm Men Doubles • 3:00pm Men Pro • 3:30pm Men Pro The simulation combines cardio and functional strength to test your limits in a race-style format: • Run • Ski Erg • Sled Push & Pull • Burpee Broad Jumps • Rowing • Farmers Carry • Sandbag Lunges • Wall Ball You’ll have full access to the gym to warm up and get ready. Arrive 30 minutes before your start time to check in and get registered, for example, if your wave starts at 8:30 AM, be here by 8:00 AM! Important Participation information: Select your start time and correct category. You will receive an email with a day pass code to redeem at The Gym Group Glasgow South, to access the event. Please follow instructions provided for access. Ultimate members of The Gym Group do not a require a day pass for entry but will still need to secure a spot via Eventbrite. Other members & non-members will need to redeem the day pass code for access to The Gym Group Glasgow South The Mall on the day.
