Join us for an afternoon discovering how you can make small changes to your lifestyle to postively impact your wellbeing. You'll be welcomed with a herbal tea to enjoy whilst you listen to Stephanie MacKay share her journey to wellness and the easy tips she has learned along the way. You will then be invited to journal before being guided into a gentle yoga practice, ending in a beautiful meditation and reiki session to leave you feeling relaxed. Bring your yoga mat, (blanket, eye mask & pillow too if you wish) & water. There will be an opportunity to try some products and a free prize draw for each attendee. Ticket price includes a goodie bag.
