Join our volunteer-led community event in Kingston, where you can meet and connect with those who can understand and support you! Kingston Menopause and Cancer Community Walk and Talk💞 Join our volunteer Neva and Liz and members of the Menopause and Cancer community for a walk and talk around Canbury Gardens in Kingston before stopping for refreshments and a catch-up. Connect over shared experiences and support one another. Get moving, and meet people who truly understand your story. You will be meeting Liz and Neva and the community in Canbury Gardens, at the Thameside entrance behind the DoubleTree Hilton and the Admiralty Building, before heading off on an easy walk through Canbury Gardens towards Teddington, beginning with a quick mindfulness activity to allow us all to breathe and enjoy the views along the way. It is a wonderful chance to connect with the community, make beautiful new connections and get moving! This will be a very casual but beautiful way to meet those who understand your story the most.
