Flow with Mo is all about helping people move well, feel stronger and make time for themselves. Mo has been practising Pilates for around six years, and what started as a personal passion soon became something she wanted to share with others. After qualifying as a Pilates instructor at the end of 2024, she launched Flow with Mo and has since built a growing community through her own classes, partnering with local fitness clubs, and more recently Peppy, an employee health app trusted by companies including JP Morgan and Clifford Chance. Health Concierge is a social wellness club in London where wellness, friends and purpose come together. We're on a mission to mobilise £100M in 10 years to improve women's healthcare. Our events contribute to this mission by setting aside part of ticket sale to our fund. ---- What to expect: We'll meet at 6:30pm at the venue (exact location revealed after ticket purchase), then promptly start with mat pilates- and afterwards, stay for a friendly mingle with nibbles and drinks included ❤️ Why come: Women control or influence roughly 80% of healthcare purchasing decisions. Instead of letting life happen to us, we need to remember we have power. Join us and we'll decide together how to make a change- whilst having fun. Who is the founding team: We're women who've been tossed around healthcare systems internationally- with Master's degrees in Science and Business, and a minor in demanding better and kicking ass.
