2nd Restore Your Radiance: A Kundalini Yoga Mini-Retreat

A 2-hour Kundalini yoga mini-retreat of breath-work, meditation & gentle movement to restore your energy and awaken your natural radiance. A monthly Kundalini yoga mini retreat, held on the first Saturday of every month Life asks a lot of us. We give our time, our energy and our attention to everyone and everything around us, and it's easy to forget that our own wellbeing needs tending too. Restore Your Radiance is your monthly invitation to stop, breathe and come home to yourself. Each session is a gentle pause from the noise of everyday life: a few unhurried hours set aside just for you. Drawing on the time-honoured structure of Kundalini yoga, we'll move through: • Meditation to quieten the mind and bring you into the present moment • Breathwork to release tension, steady the nervous system and awaken fresh energy • A kriya, a focused sequence of movement, breath and sound, chosen each month to support a different aspect of your wellbeing • Deep relaxation, the heart of every session. Here you can let go completely, rest deeply and allow the body and mind to restore themselves. No two months are the same. Each gathering brings a new theme and a new practice, so whether you come once or make it part of your monthly rhythm, there will always be something fresh to discover. The intention never changes: to give you real respite, a chance to recharge, and space to feel like yourself again. Give yourself the gift of time out. You deserve it. What makes this different Kundalini yoga isn't about perfecting a posture. It works with your energetic body - using breath, sound, gentle movement, and stillness to shift how you feel from the inside out. Whether you're completely new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner looking to go deeper, this retreat meets you exactly where you are. About your host Alice is the founder of Kundalini Lotus Yoga, bringing 30 years of yoga experience to every session she teaches.
