Join your hosts, Zoe, Zed Yoga, and Julia, Pure Thyme, to take some time to pause, breath and reconnect with yourself. Join Zoe and myself for a gentle morning of relaxation and wellbeing, designed to help you slow down, release tension and leave feeling calmer and more grounded. During this 90 minute session, you'll be guided through: • Guided meditation - to quieten the mind and create a sense of calm. • Gentle seated yoga - simple movements to release tension and reconnect with the body. • Your choice of auricular acupuncture or auricular seeds - a gentle complementary therapy to support relaxation and help ease feelings of stress and anxiety.
