With small group sizes of up to 10 and a high staff-to-learner ratio, you’ll meet our experienced specialist team, including lecturers, support staff, pastoral mentors, communication specialists, and college-to-community leads, all working together to provide tailored support. At Steam Mills Place, learners follow a personalised curriculum over a 2–3 year period, aligned with their Preparing for Adulthood goals. The provision also integrates essential care and therapeutic support outlined in each learner’s EHCP, working closely with local agencies to support every aspect of development.
