Women Only | Guided Walk | Shropshire

Come and join me for an 8.5 mile circular walk from Kington as part of my Mortimer Trail series (one section every month). This is the last walk in our series of the Mortimer Trail, where we have been walking one section every month since July 2026. It doesn't matter if you can't join all the walks, you are very welcome to join as many or as little as you like. This is a guided circular social walk with a group of likeminded women over 40. The walks are never about pace, but much more about soaking up where we are, stopping to admire the beautiful scenery, enjoying snacks and lunch together and spending some much needed time outdoors. This walk is around 8.5 miles and is on a mixture of footpaths, bridleways and through woodlands. We will start and finish in Kington. The elevation gain for the whole walk is 1238ft. I will confirm all the details around 1 week before the walk, this will include where we will be meeting, what to bring and what to expect. All of my walks are reccied beforehand and sometimes the start point and route does change based on this. But I will of course let you know of any changes necessary. If you are a new customer then you will also need to complete a medical questionnaire which I will send to you directly. If you have any questions about the walk or whether it's suitable for you, then I'm always really happy to answer any questions.
