The Sacred Pause

Let's soften the noise of the outside world and begin to listen again....to the rhythm of your heart, tuning into the unique vibrations. You are invited to step away from everything youre expected to be, and come back to yourself! This 90-minute session is about remembering who you are, beneath the many social masks you wear on a daily basis, the mum, the wife, the friend, the sibling...... It's your permission slip to leave everything at the door and just be you. • Forget your endless to do lists... • Switch your phone off... • Take off the mask..... Without the performance to be someone everyone else needs you to be, because frankly, that's fuckng exhausting! The Sacred Pause is for the woman who: • is sick and tired of being everything everyone else needs her to be • is fed up putting herself last • feels completely drained from constantly having to show up, hold it together and keep going This is your permission to pause. Facilitated by 2 Reiki Master Practitioners, Sall and Em, both mums, both wives and both women who know what its like to lose themselves amongst the demands of everyday life. Through Reike, meditation, grounding practices and the sound of the Buffalo drum, we'll create a space where you don't have to perform, achieve or look after anyone else. For 90n minutes, this time is completely yours.
