A moment to pause on a Sunday morning. Rest, relax, reset. Take a moment for yourself on a Sunday morning to set yourself up for the day ahead. Join us for 45 minutes to press the pause button, step away from distractions and find a place of peace and inner calm. This sound bath begins with the powerful remo drum, followed by the sounds of a full set of crystal singing bowls before the gentle koshi chimes softly bring us back to the real world.
