A gentle exercise session for pre and post natal women This is a gentle exercise session designed for Pre and Post Natal women, incorporating all components of the Us Mums sessions. Bring your baby along too! This session only runs during term time. Please feel free to voluntarily contribute £1 towards the session. Schedules are added 4 weeks at a time. More dates will be made available. Booking is not required if tickets are sold out. Walk-in's are welcome!
