Lying comfortably on your yoga mat, with an eye mask on, I’ll guide you through different styles of breathwork alongside carefully chosen music, with elements of drumming and sound. There’s nothing you need to achieve and nowhere you need to get to. Your breath simply meets you where you are. Everyone’s experience is different. You may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, energised, peaceful, connected or simply enjoy having 90 minutes where you don’t have to do anything for anyone else. Just breathe. Just feel. Just be.
