Come meet local kilt maker, Rae Kydd, the genius behind Cloth & Klan Kiltmakers, as she demonstrates how kilts are made, answers your burning questions, and explores the history of kilts in Scotland. Traditional hand-sewn Kiltmaking is a dying art which is now listed as "endangered" on the UK Heritage Crafts Red list. Rae Kydd, who trained in Inverness 25 years ago, will be hand sewing a kilt in Abertarrff House on Saturday the 14th of November from 11:00-14:00.
