Capable people make poor decisions under pressure. Learn about Decision State Intelligence (DSI) to recognise traps & improve judgement. The Hidden Science of Better Decisions Every organisation depends on decisions. Yet even experienced professionals can make poor choices when operating under pressure, uncertainty, or stress. Decision State Intelligence (DSI) is an emerging framework that explores how physiological and psychological states influence access to judgement, reasoning, communication, and decision quality. In this interactive session, you’ll discover: • Why intelligence alone does not guarantee good decisions • How pressure changes the way people process information • The relationship between nervous system state and performance • Common decision traps that affect leaders, teams, and organisations • Practical tools for improving decision quality and reducing avoidable mistakes Whether you lead a team, run a business, or simply want to make better decisions in everyday life, this session offers a new perspective on human performance and decision-making. Each ticket amounts to roughly £150 per person. Eligibility: This event is for Tendring based businesses and business owners.
