Group Sound Bath with Circle Sound Healing

Release stress, absorb healing sounds, and reset your mind and body in a relaxing 60-minute Group Sound Bath session. Join Our Group Sound Bath Experience! Join Circle Sound Healing for a restorative evening of deep relaxation and sound therapy. Step out of the daily noise and enter a sacred space designed for you to let go of what no longer serves you and fully absorb the healing sounds. Whether you are looking to unwind after a busy week, clear your mind, or connect with a peaceful community space, this experience will leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and recharged. What to Expect • Gentle Breathing Exercises: We begin with simple, grounding breathwork to calm your nervous system and prepare your mind and body for deep relaxation. • Therapeutic Sound Journey: Let the high-frequency vibrations of crystal singing bowls, resonant gongs, and meditative acoustic rhythms wash over you. • Pure Comfort & Immersion: Complimentary eye masks are provided for every attendee to help you turn inward and completely disconnect. • 🌿 Health & Wellness Benefits Sound therapy works on a cellular and nervous system level. Experiencing a sound bath can help: • Reduce Stress & Anxiety: Lowers cortisol levels and shifts your nervous system into a restorative, "rest-and-digest" state. • Improve Sleep Quality: Helps quiet a racing mind and promotes deeper, more restful sleep cycles. • Release Physical Tension: Calming sound frequencies help relax tight muscles and soothe body aches. • Enhance Mental Clarity & Focus: Brainwaves shift into alpha and theta states (similar to deep meditation or REM sleep), helping clear mental fatigue and restore focus. • Promote Emotional Balance: Creates space to process emotions, quiet overthinking, and restore a sense of inner harmony.
