PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS CURRENTLY A WAITING LIST FOR MEMBERSHIP AFTER ATTENDING 2 TRYOUT SESSIONS We meet around 8.30pm outside the pool either on the edge of the car park or just by the entrance under the canopy in case of rain for a dry session/breath holding exercises, followed by the pool session. For more information please message us on [email protected]. We break Freediving into 10 aspects that can be trained separately, and have 42 exercises that train all 10 aspects. Most sessions are Yin (soft internal) working on soft techniques, awareness and efficiency. Other sessions are Yang sessions (hard external) working on monofin technique and flexibility.
