This class blends elements of Hip-Hop, Commercial, Street Jazz, and Sensual Movement. Heels are optional for certain routines. Each session focuses on owning your movement, building confidence, and expressing yourself in a way that feels authentic. Open to adults 18+. All bodies and experience levels welcome. Wear whatever you feel good moving in. Trainers, athletic wear, or lingerie. This is your space. This class runs weekly on a Wednesday evening from 8pm-9:30pm.
