The Play Within

Together, Abby and I are creating a space to reconnect with the play within — the inner child that still longs to move freely, laugh deeply, create openly and exist without judgement. Through guided meditation, journaling, gentle movement and reflection, I’ll be holding space for softness, release and reconnection. A space to let go of the fear of being seen, the fear of being silly, the fear of simply enjoying yourself. Alongside this, Abby will be bringing playful energy through hula hooping, movement and creativity — including the chance to make your own hula hoop to take home with you. A reminder that play belongs to you too. This is not about being good at something. Not about performance. Not about having it all figured out. It’s about remembering that you are already enough. That joy is healing. That fun is allowed. That freedom can exist in your body again. Come as you are. Softened. Curious. Nervous. Open. There is nothing to prove here. Just space to breathe, move, play and reconnect with yourself.
