An Evening of Healing: NADA therapy, Reiki and sharing circle.

Settle into the cosy season with some deep relaxation and nervous system regulation to unwind and recharge. Deep relaxation, nervous-system regulation and a powerful feeling of peace to carry you through life's ups and downs. Ease into the evening with lovingly curated journal prompts to support busy minds. ‘Get everything out on paper’, then be lulled into a deeply peaceful state with a gentle guided meditation. Cocooned in cosiness, you'll settle in for some auricular acupuncture (NADA) that focuses on the ears’ acu-points for relaxation, rebalance and regulation. During your treatment, I will be holding the space with Reiki energy and you will receive a mini hands-on energy healing too. This Evening of Healing will give a nod to the upcoming Autumn equinox. Balance, gratitude, release and gentle preparations for the winter months fast approaching. There will be an opportunity to share and grounding treats to close our intimate ceremony. This will be a small gathering where open hearts and minds are welcome. There is no expectation, no experience needed, no need for fixing or advising; only respect, love, quietness, acknowledgement and kindness. Your evening will include: • A full 5 point NADA treatment (ear acupuncture) • Journalling • Guided meditation • A sharing circle (non-obligatory) • Herbal tea, dark choccy bites, biscuits and fruit • And of course, lots of love! *A note on NADA: NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) is a clinically recognised ear acupuncture protocol used across the world — in hospitals, trauma recovery programmes, crisis settings and addiction centres — to help the nervous system return to balance. Up to five tiny, single-use sterile needles are placed on specific points on the outer ear. You sit quietly. Your body does the rest. NADA works on your nervous system at a level that thinking, talking and breathing can't always reach. It's not magic — it's meridians.
