Day Retreat - digestion, mood, immunity and gut health YOGA+the GUT BIOME with Yoga Nidra and Journaling it'd be lovely to see you at the Autumn Equinox Earth Element Yoga Day Retreat where we will explore: • YIN YOGA Stomach/Spleen Meridians - energy channels related to good digestion, creating calm and confidence and setting ourselves up well for Autumn and Winter. • Fermented `Food for Gut Health and the impact on Brain Health - Dopamine(get up and go), Serotonin (feel good), Melatonin (sleep) and gut health as the basis for our mental and physical health and sleep. . Short talk + Handout. • Demo. - making your own simple Fermented Foods (do's and don'ts) and why food based super gut bacteria rather than supplements, is so much better for your gut biome +Handout. • Super tasty lunch including fermented food and sprouted seeds and grains to support our microbiome and digestion. • Seasonal Yoga Nidra - where we will deeply rest our nervous system. • Journaling for Autumn with Tea and Cake. • 10-3pm • Adel Old Stables, Leeds LS16 6AB We will be a 2 minute stroll from the beautiful old Norman church in Adel and 2 minutes stroll from York Gate Gardens ( cafe) to visit after lunch or after the retreat . The Old Stables have their own car park.
