No experience is needed. Contraindications: Sound baths are not suitable for any one with the below conditions. - If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy or have a high risk pregnancy - If you are recovering from surgery or in chronic pain flare-ups eg migraines - If you have epilepsy, seizures, or any unmanaged mental condition (such as bi-polar, schizophrenia, or trauma) - Severe heart conditions - Participants with metal plates, recent surgeries, broken bones, major physical injuries, pacemakers. All tickets are non refundable but if given at least 24 hours notice can be transferred to a future even.
