From there, you will lie back and be immersed in a therapeutic sound journey featuring the rich, cellular vibrations of Himalayan & Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Handpan, Native Flutes, and Chimes. Please arrive early to set up your cozy spot and settle in. • Prompt Start: To protect the quiet, meditative space for all guests, doors are locked when the session begins and late entry cannot be permitted. ⚠️ Important Information & Safety Guidelines Sound therapy is a gentle, non-invasive practice that is safe and deeply beneficial for most people. Please take note of the following guidance before booking: • Pregnancy: Soundbaths are generally safe throughout pregnancy and can be a wonderful way to relax. If you are in your first trimester, you are very welcome to attend if you feel comfortable doing so. We simply recommend setting up your mat slightly further back from the heavy gongs and low-frequency instruments for a softer experience. • Medical Implants: If you have a pacemaker or sound-sensitive medical implant, please consult your doctor before attending, or let us know so we can seat you at a comfortable distance. • Epilepsy & Health Conditions: If you suffer from unmanaged epilepsy, severe tinnitus, or acute mental health conditions, please reach out prior to booking so we can ensure the session is suitable for you.
