A slow flow yoga session, breathwork to reset, then a proper Sunday roast to finish. We’re back serving something special. After our last 6 events sold out, we’re doing it all over again and this time it’s even bigger. Ease into your Sunday afternoon with a refreshing drink on arrival, followed by a 45-minute slow-flow yoga and breathwork session led by Lexie McPherson (all levels welcome). After the session, guests will head into The Banksia for a relaxed team Sunday roast. Sunday 8th November 12.30pm - 2.30pm Included: • Welcome wellness drink • Yoga session (all levels) • Mats provided • Roast lunch £30 + fees per person. Stretch. Breathe. Eat well.
