Illuminate: A Full Moon Sound Journey

Join me beneath the Full Moon for an immersive sound journey created to help you relax & quieten the noise of life. Once, and occasionally twice each month, the Full Moon illuminates our skies. It is something we can rely upon: the cosmos continues its rhythm, no matter what may be unfolding in our own lives. The lunar cycle offers us a natural point of synchronisation… an invitation to pause, reflect and reconnect with ourselves. Illuminate is an immersive sound journey held beneath the Aries Full Moon. Associated with courage, vitality and our instinctive sense of self, this Full Moon invites us to reconnect with our inner fire while creating space to release the energy we no longer need to carry. I’m Melissa, a qualified transformational coach, sound therapist and lifelong musician with a background in musical performance and sound production. Drawing upon both therapeutic sound practice and decades of musical experience, I create carefully composed, intuitive soundscapes designed to be felt as much as heard. You’ll be invited to make yourself comfortable, close your eyes and receive the sounds and vibrations of a range of therapeutic instruments. I may use instruments such as violin, classical and native American flutes, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes and other percussion, tuning forks and my own voice to create an experience that will gradually move through grounding, expansion and stillness, helping to quieten mental noise, settle your nervous system and guide your body towards deep rest and integration. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause long enough to notice what is already unfolding. This is a listening, resting and receiving experience… there is no circle discussion and you will not be asked to share. No previous experience is needed; simply come as you are, lie back and allow the sound to carry you.
