A sound bath session includes a guided meditation, sound bath, sharing circle (optional) and chance to pull oracle cards. What to bring/ wear: Yoga mat (or something comfortable to lay on) Water Comfortable, warm clothes Blanket/ pillow for extra comfort or eye mask (optional) The comfier & cosier the better!
