Take a breath and allow your muscles to relax as we place emphasis on slow & deliberate moovments. You’ll hold poses and control your breathing as we flow from one posture into the next. India is an amazing yoga instructor & MOOVA regular who runs her own retreats, so look forward to leaving clear minded & composed, having mooved your body positively & with purpose. You're in great hands! - mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own - please arrive 5-10 minutes before your event start time - we advise removing jewellery before the start of the event - all events are strictly 18+
