Otley Sunday Sound Bath/Meditation

Set up the start of your week right with the beautiful journey a sound bath has to offer Sound Bath - introductory offer Come and join for an immersive sound bath that includes gongs, singing bowls, steel tongue drums, shamanic drums and chimes. No expectations here - sound baths work differently for everyone. They can awaken things within people, unblock chakras, or be simply relaxing at the least. It is proven that sound baths help to reset the nervous system, particularly useful if experiencing fight or flight responses regularly. Whatever your reasons for coming to a sound bath and whatever you experience whilst there, you will be held in a safe space. Just bring yourself, ensure you will be warm enough with the clothes you are wearing, and you may want to bring extra blankets and cushions to be as comfy as you can be. Please arrive with enough time to get settled so as not to disturb the session once it starts. About me: I'm Alex and I have been a percussion musician for 25 years. A few years ago, I discovered the wonders of sound baths as I developed my spiritual journey. I have expereinced plenty of sound baths, and additionally received sound therapy. Sound and music has obviously been a very important part of my journey. I wanted to provide this space for others and eventually I qualified as a sound practitioner, with a focus on facilitating sound baths and 1:1 sound healing. I am so excited to be holding my first event at SOMA Wellness in Otley, and I have put on a cheaper offer to reflect this as my first event there. People in or with anything in the following list should be advised that they are not suitable for sound baths: First trimester of pregnancy Heart conditions(including pacemakers) Metal plates/implants Severe mental health conditions Epilepsy
