Padel & Pilates

We’re back for round 2 of Padel & Pilates. I’m so excited to welcome you back to Castle Padel for a morning of movement, vibes and connection. The event will begin with a 45-minute curated mat Pilates class to a live DJ, suitable for all levels, designed to leave you feeling strong and grounded. From there the DJ will provide more vibes while you’ll have the chance to play Padel. Don’t worry if you’re a Padel lover already or a complete beginner, we’ve got you covered. You’ll also head home with a gorgeous Castle Padel smoothie & an exclusive Pilates By Chaise Parker goodie bag. Whether you joined us before or if this is your first event, we can’t wait to have you 🎾 Message @pilatesbychaiseparker on Instagram or email [email protected] for queries & refund options.
