We’re delighted to welcome Aly Dilks, founder of Simply Menopausal and a British Menopause Society Registered Specialist, for an engaging and refreshingly relatable conversation about all things menopause. Aly has worked in women’s health for almost four decades and has specialised in menopause since 2008. As the founder of Leicester’s first dedicated private menopause clinic, she brings a wealth of clinical experience, current evidence and, importantly, a wonderfully down to earth approach to a subject that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Expect an evening of honest conversation, practical advice and plenty of those “why did nobody tell me that?” moments, covering symptoms, Hormone Replacement Therapy, lifestyle, mental wellbeing, long-term health and the many questions that arise during perimenopause and menopause.
