THE AUTUMN EQUINOX: RETURN TO BALANCE 🍂 Join us for two nourishing hours of somatic healing, deep relaxation and reconnection, created to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and come home to yourself. Inspired by the Autumn Equinox, this month’s theme is Return to Balance — an opportunity to ground, breathe, release what you’ve been carrying and reconnect with your body as we move into a new season. We’ll begin with one hour of yoga or gentle somatic breathwork, followed by one hour of hypnosis and therapeutic drumming to support deep relaxation, subconscious healing and nervous-system regulation. We’ll finish together with a warming cacao ceremony and cake, giving you space to connect, integrate and simply be. 🍂 Ground • Breathe • Balance • Reconnect No previous experience is needed.
