Join a fun, friendly group where you'll learn simple empowering ways to harness the emotional ups and downs of menopause. You'll leave each session with practical tools, new friends and a smile. Plus, our supportive community keeps the support and fun flowing in between sessions too. I'm Lainy Wills, a counsellor and emotional resilience specialist, and for over 25 years I've helped people through some of the hardest times in their lives. But menopause is different. Nobody really prepares us for the emotional rollercoaster. One minute we're coping, the next we're overwhelmed. We can lose confidence, lose our identity and sometimes even lose ourselves.
