Gongs, Himalayan bowls, chimes and more - come and join us at this magical little cinema in the woods for a chilled evening of sound. Join us for a Sound Bath at Kinema in the Woods - a much-loved little cinema tucked away in the woods at Woodhall Spa, privately hired for one special evening. A unique opportunity to slow down, switch off and settle into deep rest, whatever the weather outside. Settled into a comfy cinema seat, you'll be warm and comfortable as gentle sound washes over you. With just 21 seats, the setting is calm, cosy and unlike anywhere else we've held a sound bath. Through sound, we create space for the body and mind to settle - allowing you to fully rest, reset and tune into what feels present for you. This becomes a chance to simply pause, breathe and let yourself be held by the sounds and the atmosphere around you. The session will include: - A short guided settling meditation - A sound bath using a variety of soothing instruments including a gong, Himalayan bowls and chimes - Time to rest deeply and switch off from the pressures of everyday life - A hot or cold drink afterwards, with time to chill and chat Please bring a blanket and anything else you'd like to help you feel comfortable and cosy. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Because spaces are limited and our costs are confirmed in advance, all tickets are non-refundable.
