Your 1-Day Immersive Journey: • Mind, Body & Soul: We will start with a relaxed, brief discussion over a cup of tea about how sound beautifully benefits your overall well-being. We will explore how targeted frequency intervals naturally guide the nervous system into deep relaxation and self-healing—with just a gentle touch of science thrown in, but absolutely nothing heavy or lecturing! We’ll use some tuning forks to demonstrate this. • Himalayan Singing Bowls: Master the foundational art of inviting pure resonance from your bowls. You will receive hands-on instruction in precise playing techniques, drawing out rich harmonics, and how to safely and comfortably introduce sound vibrations on and around the body. • Rhythm & Percussion: Explore grounding rain sticks, chimes, and percussion instruments to clear space, calm the mind, and anchor deep states of meditation. • The Integration Sound Bath: Lay back, rest your system, and completely surrender to a deeply nurturing, restorative sound bath facilitated by Helen to close our day together. • Nurturing Retreat: Enjoy a fresh, nutritious lunch looking out over peaceful country fields.
