Chakra Balancing Sound Bath

Join me for the most relaxing Sunday Sound Bath yet! Today’s sound bath will be a bit different, we’ll journey through the 7 main chakras to bring in balance and harmony. It will start with a guided meditation and I’ll gently take you into the sound bath. You’ll connect with each chakra, from the root to the crown and the soothing frequencies and vibrations from the crystal singing bowls and chimes will leave you in a deep state of relaxation. This is an hour just for you, you don’t have to do anything other than be open to it and relax. Here’s all the info you need. So.. you will need to bring a yoga mat and anything you like to get extra cosy and comfy for the Sound Bath. Some people bring an eye mask, blankets and pillows but it's entirely up to you. I’ve had the best experiences at sound baths when I’ve been extra comfortable, so dress in your cosiest clothes too. I do bring spare mats and blankets, so if you forget anything don’t worry! Location: There’s plenty of parking spaces at the centre Head for the Price Hall room when you get there Sound Baths are not suitable for everyone and are not suitable if you are: - pregnant - have epilepsy - have a heart pacemaker or metal implant - suffer from serious or severe mental health conditions *In these instances and if you're unsure about anything, you must always consult your Doctor/Health Professional first* I can’t wait to see you there!
