A cosy evening to slow down, switch off and spend some time with yourself and other women. October can feel like a natural invitation to turn inward, to take a breath, let go of some of the busyness and check in with how we’re really doing. We’ll begin with a guided meditation, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath to help you settle, soften and simply be. We’ll let the calm of the sound bath settle before coming together in circle, no pressure, no expectations, just a chance to connect with ourselves and each other. A little time for you. A chance to breathe. A space to connect with yourself. Matts and Blankets provided. Come as you are. 🤍
