Wirral Winter Beer Festival returns in person. Our ever popular Wirral Beer Festival is back at Hulme Hall. Come and join us for great food,music, gin, ciders and lots and lots of BEER!! The Ship & Mitre is proud to bring to you our 22nd beer festival, to be held at Hulme Hall Thursday 12th until Sunday 15th November 2026 There’ll be over 200 beers and ciders including 80 real ales and 80 craft beers, as well as Continental lagers, ciders and a Wines & Spirits bar. Beers from around the country will be on offer as well as beers other great local breweries. Entertainment will be available across all sessions, except from Friday afternoon which we keep as our quiet session. You can enjoy food from our selection of local stallholders and hot food will be available from Hulme Hall. We will still offer refunds but we can only refund the ticket price and not the fees. FAQs I have bought the wrong ticket can you swap my session? No we can not exchange tickets please apply for refund and re purchase the correct session. SEE ABOVE FOR REFUND POLICY FROM EVENTBRITE Will I be able to pay on the door? We can not guarantee you will be able to attend if you pay on the day. The venue does have a capacity but we do sell what tickets we have left on the door for £1 extra than advertised. Do I have to print my ticket off? No you can show your ticket on your phone and we will scan you in Do I have to pay the booking fee? We will have tickets available from the Ship&Mitre minus the booking fee Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? We do allow children into our daytime sessions but we operate a strict challenge 25 procedure on all our bars so please bring ID What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? The venue has a large car park, there are numerous buses that go to Port Sunlight and the train station is less than 5min walk What's the refund policy? 48hrs before the event starts via EVENTBRITE Do you have food available? Yes we will have a range of hot and cold food available including vegetarian options please see our website for menus If I don't like beer will there be other drinks available? We have a full range of wines and spirits as well as our Cider, Perry Is the event dog friendly? Yes as long as they are well behaved and ok with crowds
