The AE Global Summit Open Problems For AI | 25–27 November is the is the Annual Meeting of the institution and its principal international gathering. Over three days it convenes the researchers, engineers, founders, and policymakers most directly engaged with artificial intelligence, and examines how the technical, the institutional, and the cultural dimensions of the field are presently shaping one another. The work spans artificial intelligence and machine learning; neuroscience, cognitive science, and the sciences of the mind; applied mathematics and theoretical computer science. Particular attention is given to those questions where the technical meets the institutional: the settings in which the consequences of present technical decisions are, in the end, felt. The Summit does not, on the whole, traffic in settled conclusions.
